Put this calendar on your site

196 upcoming Australiantruck shows, field days, auctions, working rallies and training courses, kept current and free to republish. If you write a member newsletter or run an industry site, this is a standing answer to “what is on this month”.

The whole deal

  • Free. No licence, no account, no key.
  • One condition: credit Heavy Vehicle Marketplace with a link back to the events board.
  • Filter to your state so members only see what is near them.
  • We do not send anyone anything for using it. There is nothing to sign and no follow-up.

Valid states: SA, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, NT, ACT. An unrecognised state is ignored rather than erroring, so the feed still returns the national calendar.

What you get, and what you will not

In every item

  • Title, start and end, and the organiser's time zone
  • Venue and town, or just the town where the organiser keeps it private
  • Event type, so you can show only auctions or only field days
  • A link to the page, and the organiser's ticket link when there is one

Never in a feed

  • A date we could not verify. Unannounced events are held back, not guessed.
  • A private address. Those events carry the town only.
  • Marketplace listings or advertising. This is the calendar, nothing else.

Something missing, or something wrong?

The calendar is built from public sources and organisers correct it every week. If your event is missing, wrong, or you would rather it was not listed at all, email hello@heavyvehiclemarketplace.com and it is fixed or removed the same day. Organisers can also add an event directly, free.
